The breakfast was decent, and the room was comfortable. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the complementary amenities. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The wifi was difficult to access, with annoying portal requirements. The room only had two electrical outlets, one of which was in the bathroom, and the other was hard to reach. A male staff member entered my room unannounced while I was not properly dressed. I found this disrespectful and concerning, especially since it was a business trip.

It was worth its 3 stars. We think it's a good choice for staying in Barcelona.

Comfortable beds!

Magnificent location, loyal staff and very clean hotel. Restaurant al Bawadi, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. We truly enjoyed the balcony, it was small.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. Parking garage directly at the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel hair dryer can't be used. Room to the street side, loud because of the traffic.

We were able to leave the bags at 10 o'clock. Then we got a coupon for the hop on hop off tour from Placa de Catalunya. Super Service!

In any case more sockets or at least an extension with multiple sockets are missing. You have to crawl under your desk to charge your cell phone or charge it in the bathroom. In addition, 3 devices will lack a connection in any case. In addition, there is a bar in the bathroom where you could hang at least the wet bathing clothes. Safe would be better with a combination of numbers in order not to have a key problem.

The location was very good. We had the room facing the street, which was pretty noisy. But it was very close to the Metro Station and Plaza Catalunya.

Sockets, there were unfortunately only one right next to the door and one in the bathroom.

Air conditioning not adjustable, only 3 levels, in the lowest level still too loud for the night. Bus and taxi lane in front of the hotel. If you want to stop in front of the hotel with your own car, this is problematic. You are forced to use the hotel's not cheap underground car park. On the website of the hotel I did not find any information.

Excellent location just a few steps from Plaça Catalunya, restaurants, markets and shops; car park with secure payment but at a high price (although average for the sector). Wifi throughout the hotel. Spacious and comfortable room, overlooking the pool, good air conditioning essential in summer. Excellent and spacious bathroom.

The only thing I could say is that the room had only one electrical outlet and I think it's very little. At the moment in trip it is necessary to load several devices.
